| 3 Million Upgrade for Mana Island & Spa |

The Mana Island Resort and Spa will be undergoing a $3 million renovation to its 52 rooms.
Mana Island Resort & Spa - Fiji director of business development Hiroshi Matsumoto said the renovation works would be carried out by the end of the year. “The renovations are for better service delivery with recent renovations to our island bure and restaurant,” he said. “Every year the resort undergoes renovations for better deals and services to its clients and guests.”. Mr Matsumoto said Mana Island Resort & Spa - Fiji was doing okay, with the next few months looking good. “We are looking forward to the months of August and September as there will an increase in the number of guests,” he said. Mr Matsumoto said the Mana Island Resort & Spa - Fiji beach had been voted by Trip Advisor, “One of the Top 10 Beaches in the Oceanic and South Pacific Region”.
“Mana Island Resort & Spa - Fiji is very popular in the Australia and New Zealand markets, with the majority of the guests coming in from these two countries. “We can say that 80 per cent of our guests are from Australia and New Zealand,” he said. Mr Matsumoto said this year they were looking at guests from US, Europe, China and Hong Kong. Mr Matsumoto said the resort had been getting excellent online reviews from its guests.
